School Psychologist-Rebecca Jaffe

My Name Is...

REBECCA JAFFE

Hello!  I am the School Psychologist at Mill Creek Elementary.  I have worked in Bristol Township since August of 2014.  I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Bowdoin College and my graduate training in School Psychology at the University of Connecticut.  Prior to Bristol Township, I worked for several other school districts across three states.  I also worked briefly for the Bucks County Intermediate Unit.

My primary responsibility for the district is to conduct psychoeducational evaluations in order to identify students with disabilities and to determine eligibility for special education services.  I work closely with teachers, parents, and related service providers throughout this process.  I also consult with teachers and families, I am a member of Mill Creek's Student Assistance Team for grades K-2, and I assist in crisis situations as needed.  In addition. I have experience in Response to Intervention, Positive Behavior Intervention and Support, and autism evaluations.

If you have concerns about your child's academic, behavioral, or emotional functioning, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
